Tribute

Every year, the festival pays tribute to outstanding members of the North American film scene. Actors, directors and screenwriters have received recognition for their trajectories throughout the festival’s four years.

This year the Festival will pay tribute to the iconic American scriptwriter and director Paul Schrader.

 

PATERSON

Paterson is a bus driver and an artist, though he may not know it. His days are filled with a simple routine: he drives a bus, walks his dog, and goes to his local bar for a beer. His only true commitment is to write poems everyday.

FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS

On a hot summer Sunday in Brooklyn, a client walks into a pizza parlor and starts interrogating the owner about his “Wall of Fame”, decorated with photos of famous Italian-Americans, since all costumers are African-American.
